Can I add multiple URLs to NotebookLM at once?

Manually adding sources to NotebookLM one at a time is slow when you've found a dozen things worth saving in a single research session. Kaptex handles this with two bulk-import methods that can turn a 20-minute job into a few seconds.

Paste a URL list

Open the bulk add tab in the Kaptex side panel, paste a list of URLs (one per line), select the target notebook, and hit Add. Kaptex processes each URL in sequence and shows a per-item status — a spinner while it's sending, then a checkmark or error icon when done.

If any URL in your list is a YouTube link, Kaptex detects it automatically and adds it as a YouTube source rather than a generic web URL — so NotebookLM processes it correctly.

Tab sweep — import all open tabs

The tab panel shows all your currently open browser tabs. Select all or cherry-pick specific ones, then hit "Add Tabs" to import the entire selection in one batch.

This is useful at the end of a research session when you've got 15 open tabs you want to save before closing them down. Tab sweep turns that into a single click.
